NEW TO THOMPSON’S?

Your first visit, without the guesswork.

1. Register your pet

Start with our registration page. If you’re joining us from another practice, let us know when you get in touch so we can discuss any records needed for your pet’s care.

2. Choose the right appointment

Book online for routine visits, or call 0151 272 0651 if you’re unsure which appointment to choose. Tell us what has changed and what you’d like help with.

3. Come prepared to talk

Bring details of any medicines your pet takes and make a note of your questions. If you’re coming about a particular concern, knowing when it started and how it has changed can help the conversation.

You don’t need to know the name of a treatment before you call. Start by telling us about your pet, and we’ll help you work out the next step.
